Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt.  If the item is is defective or damaged, please email us at info@drgaryspet.com with pictures of the damage or defection and a brief description of the issue.  After review, we will reimburse you for the cost of the item plus shipping for that item only.

Order Error
Should you receive the wrong product, please email us at info@drgaryspet.com and we will send you a return label for the wrong product and schedule the correct product to ship within 1 business day.

Product Guarantee 
If for whatever reason you would like to return a product for full refund.  Initiate the return by emailing as at info@drgaryspet.com with 1.) your name; 2.) the order number; 3.) the item you are returning and 4:) why you are returning it.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded for the cost of the product plus shipping (if applicable) to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@drgaryspet.com.
